DCMA Young Stars is a group composed of talented students from the Dhow Countries Music Academy (DCMA). Established in 2013, the group aims to create, develop, cherish, and promote the unique musical ideas of children, teenagers, and young adults.

The DCMA Young Stars is an ever-evolving ensemble of musicians, all under the age of 30. The group showcases a wide variety of instruments and styles, performing innovative blends of taarab, dance, African, and Latin music genres.

They have performed to enthusiastic audiences at Alliance Française in Dar es Salaam, as well as at the Sauti za Busara festival in 2013, 2015, and 2023.
